Every year fashion houses have tons of cutting room leftovers, production remnants and sample yardage that goes to waste every year. Finding and using up this fabric saves huge amounts of energy and water as no new resources are needed to make it. Since we never know what or how much fabric we’ll find, every style is a unique and limited edition.

1. 100% cotton scraps are recovered from cutting houses which would otherwise be thrown away.

#2. Scraps are sorted by color and broken down into fibers by shredding machines.

#3. Fibers are blended with recycles polyester to add strength and achieve the desired color.

#4. Fibers are then spun into ready to use yarns.

#5. The yarns are knitted or woven into new plus fabrics.
